Kek Gula Hangus

This is a reminder for me and my good ol' friend Wanee to bake this soonest possible :) Dah siap sila jemput ye?

Ingredients:
13-14 eggs
2 cups water and 2 cups sugar (for making the gula hangus)
1 tin tinggi susu pekat manis
1 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 tablespoon bicarbonate soda
1 tablespoon vanilla essence

Step:-

Making gula hangus:
In a pot, heat sugar with slow fire and stir until sugar turns brown. Turn off the stove and stir until the mixture is not too hot. Pour water and keep stirring while turning on the stove again until you get a well blended caramel.

Making the cake:
Heat oven till 180C
Beat eggs in a mixer until fluffy. Add milk, bicarbonate soda and vanilla essence. Turn of the mixer.

Then spoon in the flour alternating it with the caramel making number 8 gesture while mixing the ingredients.

If you feel the mixture is a bit too cair, add in 1-2 spoon of flour.

Place mixture dalam acuan non-stick or yg dah greased.

Bake for about 30 mins, then you have a cake with lots of sarang!
